William Thompson Homes and our joint venture partner Biminster Homes have purchased a 7.87-acre site which currently consists of a single dwelling with numerous outbuildings and paddocks.

 

WT Homes have proactively liaised with the local authority and obtained planning to redevelop the site into five luxurious detached homes overlooking the countryside.
 

Planning obtained 2021.

Construction is due to start in 2022 for a period of 12 months.
